European shipping update
Update 27th Dec: The UK and EU have reached a last minute agreement which means we can resume shipping to the EU again. I will continue to monitor the situation over the coming weeks but at this time orders shipping to the EU will once again have no custom fees to pay.
After many years of discussion Brexit is finally upon us and unfortunately this means some things will be changing moving forward. As of today, we will no longer be able to offer friendly shipping to the EU from our store. This means any orders placed, which have a shipping address within the EU, we be subject to custom fees upon entry to your country. We are unable to prepay these taxes and you will be responsible for paying them upon receiving your order. This will not impact anyone from the UK, US, Canada, Australia or anywhere else in the world that is not part of the EU. How long will this last? Currently the negotiations are ongoing between the UK and EU, a solution may be found soon, or it may take a while, this is something we have no control over, but we will be monitoring daily. Moving forward we will be assuming the worst and have already started plans to setup a warehouse in Germany. It is estimated this process will be completed in February at which point we will be able to offer friendly shipping again. We will post another update on our website once we have either completed the warehouse setup, or a deal has been agreed between the various governments involved. I am very sorry to anyone this impacts and hope to be able to get back to normal soon.
