Shipping information

The City of Games online store ships worldwide and we will do our best to ship orders to anyone, no matter where you are based.

Shipping timelines

For most shipments we estimate 10 – 14 working days for delivery, but you will be given a current estimate once you have entered your shipping address.

This estimate covers the entire shipping journey from us receiving your order, the warehouse processing it, to the order arriving at your door. We do try to get shipments to you quicker, but these estimates are worst case scenarios to account for periods where our warehouse may be busy or stock has to be moved from another location.

Shipping costs

Our shipping is heavily subsidised, and we do our best to make sure you pay as little as possible to receive your games.

On average, US orders cost $10, UK orders cost £10, and Western EU orders cost €15 euros to ship, but the amount does vary depending on the size of your order and your delivery address.

Free shipping

Free shipping is offered at the following price points:

• US: Spend $100
• Canada: Spend $125
• UK: Spend £75
• EU: Spend £100

To see how much a shipment will cost, you will need to select the items on our store, add them to your cart, and enter a shipping address. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide shipping estimates outside of this as the cost is dependent on the exact items you want to order and your shipping address.

Once the store has shown you the final shipping cost, you will be able to confirm the order or cancel if you do not want to proceed.
