Covid-19 update for our store

30th March 2020 2

The spread of Covid-19 has resulted in many governments around the world restricting their populations activities and limiting what work can be done.

Unfortunately, this now includes several of our fulfilment centers who store our games and ship them to our customers when orders are placed on our store.

US / Canada

Currently there are no restrictions on our US and Canada shipments, which means any orders placed will still be delivered.

This may change in the future, but I will post another update should this happen.

Everyone else

Currently we cannot ship any orders to anyone outside of the US or Canada.

Any orders placed from today onwards will be shipped when the restrictions are lifted, which we do not have an ETA for. My assumption is it will be 1 – 3 months time, but it entirely depends on the spread of the virus and the rules put in place by several governments.

I am very sorry for this and hope to be able to get games to you again soon.

In the meantime, I hope you stay safe.

    Hi there,

Do you think with the lightening of restrictions in the UK that the warehouse might be unlocked soon? No worries if not.

    Cheers

      Hi Neill,

Unfortunately it’s a little bit more complicated than just having the warehouse unlocked, but I can say some of the staff have now returned to the warehouse and things are starting to move a little.

However, the challenge right now (and the reason for the complications) is each country and shipping company (fedex/ups etc) have their own rules, restrictions and systems in place for what can and cannot be shipped to who and where. Additionally, some areas are charging a massive upcharge on shipping due to the limited flights. As a result, I’m going to be working through what can be shipped now, what can’t and trying to put a plan together.

In short, I’m not expecting anything to happen within the next couple of weeks, but a few packages may get out if we’re lucky. I’m hopeful however as we get closer to the end of the month some things will be shipping more frequently and will try and post another update when I have more details.
